Edible Arrangements in Woodbury does not stand behind their product....they use old fruit that doesnt last more then a day sometimes...my Granddaughter got an arrangement from a friend....they left it next to our door last Dec while we were at a funeral.....it was a very cold winter day and we were gone about 8 hours....the fruit was bad when she received it the same day it was delivered....she called to tell them and left a message.....nobody called back so she called again.....the worker who answered said she would tell the owner to call her back ....no return call....she called again and again....on the 5th call, the owner was at the location....the owner who lives in Hudson WI would not replace it. It cost $60.....too bad if the fruit was bad....it wasnt worth 60cents....dont know about the other locations, but this one is no good....I dont recommend it to anyone....she said we should have called right away, so we got her answering service to call her and tell her that we called within 12 hours of when we received it....that didnt matter either....her shop is no good and neither is she......

I have never felt the need to write a review on anything until today. I ordered from this store and it arrived looking beautiful but tasted bad...every part of it had to be thrown away. The fruit was sour and "soapy" tasting and the chocolate had a very weird taste was the way the person I sent it to described it. I had to make MULTIPLE calls and after 5 days the manager called back and offered me $26 back on a $75 order. Are you kidding me?? I ended up having to make a claim to the corporate office. They agreed with me that I should be fully refunded. They asked me to give the store 24 hours more to make it right with me. They did not!!! I then called Corporate back and they ended up refunding my money. So, this store got to keep my money and their Corporate office took the hit for their nasty fruit. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I see other bad reviews as well. Next call will be to the BBB. I had to click a star to be able to post, but I would not even give even a "tip" of one star to this store.

Came in to make an order for delivery last Sunday for a Monday delivery in Eagan. Long story short Monday morning I called to change the order to a bigger one, I called again to verify the order was the one I wanted, and then lo and behold my husband (who was the recipient) left work early. So I called AGAIN to have them deliver to the home address. They were all so KIND and HELPFUL. I mostly want to thank the delivery driver since he had to turn around on a moments notice!!! I now feel like a giant pain in the tush but the whole entire staff really pulled it off for me! ALSO the bouquet was gorgeous and DELICIOUS! Thank you SO much!!!

I feel bad for posting this as I can sympathize as its mothers day and its really hot out, but this wasnt worth the 154 dollars I spent the fruit does not look fresh and just kind of sad. Maybe I expected too much but it just does not feel like it looks worth the money. Note: One of the chocolate strawberries had fallen off as well and got all over the side of the bucket the fruit is in , they also gave me complementary strawberries to come pick up whenever which i also appreciate

I temporarily worked at Edible arrangements in Woodbury over this past mothers day. The owner and her employees were ALL at the tip of their game. Yes, it was extremely busy for the holiday weekend. And things were very hectic. But we pulled it off. The fruit arrangements were beautiful. No spoiled fruit or messy containers. I hope all the mothers enjoyed their gifts.

My son used his hard earned money for my birthday present , & I was disgusted by the appearance & fruit . I was disgusted by the entire thing. I tried to talk to them to be professional & see if my son could get a refund or they can send it back & the customer service was awful & I dont recommend anyone to go to this location .

Stopped in last minute to grab a box of strawberries. Sales person said they didnt have any. I said you have no chocolate dipped strawberries?! She said it would take her 15-20 minutes to get them in a box. No purchase for me. Guess this is not the place to stop for a last minute gift.
