I am so unbelievably disappointed with the customer service that I just received from this company. I called in today looking for a part for my LG dryer and the initial call was absolutely wonderful, the representative was quick and helpful and everything was done perfectly. I received an email with my confirmation and just for good measure I looked up the item number and determine that it was the wrong part, so I immediately called them back to see if we could switch it out and I could pay the difference. The second representative that I got in touch was by far the worst Ive ever dealt with. Instead of offering to help me, his first approached was "do you want to cancel the order because its two minutes away from going to the warehouse". The tone in his voice was rather rude and short. I, then reintegrated my desire to find the correct part and he didnt seem interested in helping me. I asked him to go ahead and cancel my order and provide me with a confirmation number, he then replied "its been cancelled" I asked him if there was a cancellation number and he hung up on me. You know I wouldnt typically let this bother me, but I was so happy to find a company online that had this part Id been looking for for hours, I even used their videos to go by when I was uninstalling the part, keep in mind the only reason I needed to change this part is because it was destroyed by the flood from Hurricane Harvey and it was a gift to my mother I wanted to repair for her. This has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I wont be doing business with them again. Instead I will go right down to the Sears Appliance store here in Houston when I would have proudly sent my money to Michigan. I hope someone talks to Derek (I think thats his name, or something that starts with a D) that poor attitude has no purpose in the work place.

BUYER BEWARE! All the correct model information was given yet I received the wrong parts and they refuse to refund my shipping cost. I even paid more for faster shipping so I would have the parts in time for the weekend. Attached are pictures showing the incorrect parts that were sent to me. The friction ring was too small and the slide shoes were not even close to the right size. I provided the same information to my local hardware store and was given the correct parts. This leads me to believe it was a mistake within your warehouse and I had the wrong parts shipped to me. Aaron in customer service was very pissy and unpleasant to deal with, said it was their suppliers fault and not Repair Clinic’s problem. I requested to at the very least please make an update somewhere so nobody else has to go thru this. As a homeowner ripping apart your snowblower only to find you had the wrong parts sent with a driveway full of snow and a closed hardware store is not fun and not something I would wish on anybody. I told Aaron to talk to his supervisor and contact me with a verdict but I never heard anything. You just lost a customer for life and I will warn everyone I know to never use you! UPDATE: After them seeing my Facebook review and discussion among supervisors they have refunded me my shipping cost. Still a ridiculous battle to try and win to get my money back for something that was not my fault. But they did come thru so I will give them 2 stars and maybe consider using them again in the future.

Feb 28-2014 I just recently bought a LG drain hose and a water inlet assembly (not the inlet valve) for my dishwasher and it was delivered to Canada within the expected time frame and they both worked fine. I recommend this company for all your part needs. The pictures of the parts are an added bonus to ensure you are ordering the right parts. Note: about the burst protection flexible braided hoses you can buy. I do have one repair suggestion for RepairClinic that is to add a video for these new flexible hoses with burst protection. Not really knowing how they worked, it caused me to buy an inlet valve when I didn’t need to. Here are three things that will stop or reduce the water from flowing in these hoses. 1) Like all hoses they can get plugged quickly with small pieces of anything. 2) The burst protection end is connected to the appliance i.e. the ends are reversed and need to be changed. 3) Once connected correctly (as per Item 2) if you turn on the tap water to fast the hose shuts off as it thinks the hose has burst. I had to fill all the empty water lines after replacing my parts and this hose kept shutting off. 4) I read that if you drain you water system for something else, when turn it back on at full pressure it will shut off again. 5) I heard you have to undo the nut to reset it (let air in) tighten it back up and turn the water back on slowly. 6) I had item one happen to me first then, item three. I just when back to the non-burst hose and everything worked fine.

Good ordering experience so far (waiting to receive parts still)... my only dissapointment is they offer NO MILITARY/VETERAN discounts! Im sure the company states they support veterans and maybe even tries to hire them, but come on, would it hurt you to give 10% or 15% discount to someone like me who is 80% disabled due to my service in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait? I am unable to make the living for my family I would have formerly been able to do were it not for my medical conditions I suffered as a direct result of military service to ALL AMERICAN citizens - -including those at RepairClinic,.com., I actually get very mad when a company tells me they "had not even considered it" because profit margins are so low. My wife who cries at night because my nightmares wake her up and works 2 jobs is not concerned with profit margins of a company whos officers probably make well into 6, 7, 8 or more figures a year. I just get sick of people saying "we support our veterans" with a stupid bumper sticker but wont put their money where their mouth (or bumper) is. Think about revising your policy in regards to discounts to vets and active duty military. Its the right thing to do,.

I WILL MAKE SURE TO POST THIS REVIEW ALL OVER THE INTERNET! I put in my model # on their site, the Dryer timer came up, so I ordered the part & paid for 2 day shipping, thinking that it was the correct part. I received the part, matched it up & its wrong! I called customer service & she tells me that for the model # I gave, thats the correct part. So, I tell her my original part # & she says that shes got that in stock. I asked about returning the wrong part & she said that they would e-mail me a shipping label, its been 2 days, still no label. She wanted to take my order over the phone, but I told her that I had the part up on my screen now, so I would just place the order over the internet. When I finished placing the order, I checked my e-mail. No shipping label, but I did receive my order confirmation. About a minute later, I received an e-mail for 10% off my next order. Shouldnt that have been sent before I placed my order?! So, now I dont get 10% off, Im out $20 for 2 day shipping, & I have to pay to ship the wrong parts back! Do you honestly think that I will place a future order with these people? I dont think so! Really crappy customer service!
