The WORST customer service Ive ever had. I went to use the fax machine to take care of my fathers funeral. The associate "assisting" me (who really spent all of his time flirting with me, despite my constant mention of my husband) took it upon himself to READ the papers I was dealing with. When trying to locate a package that should have been left at my house, I was just given the run-around; they couldnt look for it until I called customer service, but customer service wont let you speak to a real human, so the store still wont locate my package for me. Half the staff doesnt speak English, either, so thats super helpful.

Every time I have been to this store the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They speak both English and Spanish well. Their services are wide ranging and excellent and they are fairly priced. Couldnt be happier. (I dont know the owner and I do both business and personal "stuff" through them occasionally, so Im not even the sort of regular that you might expect would get good service).

This store has been completely welcoming, supportive and flexible with me as they stored 5 pieces of luggage for me, let me use their space to re-situate my luggage and allowed me to come and go as needed. I would highly recommend their services. They gave me good advice as well for shipping options and were accurate in their delivery date prediction.

Couldnt be a better experience. They walked me through the whole process of setting up an account with them, and spent 15 minutes or so with me answering questions. Great experience, and excited for the new renovations coming soon.

they didnt even ring the bell to let me know they were there, instead they just left a note saying i didnt answer....so now i have to go to the ups store to get my package. too lazy to even ring or knock...

They are reinventing procedures that are not typical to other UPS stores. Simple drop off becomes a major inconvenience. AVOID.
