The worst experience Ive had in a Best Buy store. Rosa the "manager" at this location needs to leave the attitude at the door and start to realize that she isnt doing the customers a favor with her service. First of all, I was "greeted" with a tone of "what do you want" rather than "how can I help"...also I was greeted in Spanish. I didnt appreciate the assumption that I prefer to speak the language I look like I prefer to speak. The reason I shop at Best Buy in the first place is to get points on my eliteplus best buy card. I wanted to get a price match on a phone that their Wheaton Best Buy store was willing to price match but did not have in stock. Rosa refused to price match saying they do not price match stores outside the mall. This was clearly a made up policy that according to her was confirmed by her manager. I asked for her name and her managers name she refused to give me her last name saying that she did not have to provide it if she didnt feel like it. Disgraceful attitude and horrible customer service. I worked at Best Buy from 2004 to 2006 and this was definitely not the way we treated our customers back then. I will be filing a formal complaint to the corporate office.

Never get on the phone with this store. Youll use up all your free minutes holding. That is if they pick up the phone in the first place. Terrible service in store also! They want you out of that door faster then you came in. The second they encounter a simple problem with an activation, theyll direct you to a different place (a verizon wireless store in my case). So save yourself the trip.
