To start off this guy marks his cars up. If you mention Kelly Blue Book hell say do they sell cars? Then hell say go buy a car from them. Then his next line is this car is really clean when its not. 1st is my car was going for $6,700. I told him specifically I have $6000 cash for him but that is for the car to be put on the road. Meaning everything tags, title, tax, EVERYTHING. He says ok. He says he is doing me this huge favor. Then when you get down there he says thats not what he ment. He ment $6K for the car. Which is not what he had text. Then he tries to sell you a car warranty which only he can offer you which is not the case because I use to sell car warranties. Plus he has all these hidden fees like a processing fee which is bullshit for like $250 to $300. I buy the car and two days later I bring it to Firestone because my AC stopped working and one of the belts broke. I call him to let him know saying that he should pay for it since its within the 1st 30 days and he said it was my problem. It took me 2 months to get my tags, I bought an extremely over priced car, it broke down within the 1st month, and the guy lied about the on the road price. READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS GUY. He has his friends and fam write fake reviews. Everyone else wrote what happened and funny thing all are stories arent too far apart. I wouldnt do business with him ever and would never refer him any business.

I purchased a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid from Ivan in October, 2014. I texted him from his Craigslist advertisement and asked if I could have the car for $3000. He replied "Yes, come over." When I got there and told him I wanted the car, he said the price was $4500. I told him that he had just texted me $3000. I even showed him the text message. He just shook his head in a dumbfounded manner and said he couldnt sell the car for that price. I asked him if I could see the price he purchased the vehicle for and he said no. I ended up purchasing the vehicle as is for $3700 after I was assured it had been serviced by his mechanics and was in great shape. Literally the day after purchasing, the check engine light came on with a catalytic converter failure code. The most likely scenario is that they reset the codes (cleared the check engine light) and then after a certain number of miles it comes back on. This way, the check engine light will stay off during a test drive. Im sure Ivan will deny that this is the case... I replaced the catalytic converter myself for about $500. Take this story as you will.

This is my first Google review but I had to make a review for this. Ivan and Deal Auto Sales are absolutely awful. I test drove a car today that had serious alignment problems yet Ivan insisted the car had been state inspected. The state will not issue an inspection certificate if the alignment is off. So either Ivan was lying about the inspection or he bought it from a crooked inspector. Plus, the car seemed to have transmission issues because it was hard shifting. Ivan would not allow me to take the car to my mechanic to check it out prior to purchasing it. He had about five different excuses for this as if someone would be dumb or desperate enough to buy a used car without having it checked out first. At one point he said "Im not going to let another mechanic touch my car!" Needless to day he did not get my business. Dont waste your time with Ivan or this company because they will try to rip you off. And that five star review is FAKE FAKE FAKE.

poor customer service. They say one thing and do another and do not call back. I wasnt approved for first loan, so we went to a second company. I waited for a call back, I had to call them. The father says you need this amount down. I came up with money and son says I wasnt approved. Meanwhile I just got approved for a loan of 30000 which I dont want, so I didnt take it. Exact words of son " he dont know what the f**** he is doing hes a idiot" I got approved from AUTO SHOWCASE for a 16000 car. Run from these people And go to auto showcase in Glen burnie.

DONT BUY FROM THESE PPL. I was reading reviews on this place but decided to go away , he was friendly but his story about the car was sketchy at first he said the car was donated because the owner passed away then he goes on to say he buys his cars from auction. Pre Kelly Blue Book the car was overpriced by 300$ . I only had the car for a week and it had multiple Faulty wires, I paid for the car then had to come outta pocket to pay for the wires would should have already been fixed. I will never buy another car from this guy ever again

I have never written a Google review, but felt compelled to do so after reading some of the previous reviews. We purchased a used VW from Ivan last week for our son. Having never purchased a used car before we were a little apprehensive, but Ivan patiently answered all of our questions and did not pressure us at all to complete the sale. He without hesitation permitted my mechanic to thoroughly inspect the car before we purchased it. I have recommended Deal Auto Sales to friends who are in the market for used cars.

Ive never written a review before but Ive never seen such poor customer service in my life. When I asked the dealer how long they had the car the he said "Does it matter?" When I asked if he had a carfax for it he said "No. Youre not driving the carfax youre driving the car." The whole ordeal was just strange and unprofessional so we decided to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. I do not recommend this place.

I purchased a car from here a month ago. Ivan knows his cars well and takes pride in making sure everything is in order so that the buyer can have all questions addressed transparently. The process was smooth and pleasant throughout, and we never felt pressured at all at any point. I highly recommend Deals Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a good used car from a very down-to-earth seller.
