ATROCIOUS customer service. I arrived and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. An hour later, I asked again how long the wait would be and they told me at least 45 minutes more. So I left to get lunch and signed up to be alerted by text when it would be my turn. About half an hour later I got a "youre next in line" text so I went back to the store. About an hour after that I asked why it was taking so long and they said that there was someone who "bumped me in line" because they had an scheduled an appointment in advance. At that point, I had waited close to 3 hours and wasnt even CLOSE to being helped. And they werent gonna mention that people with appointments are served before anyone else. Unbelievably disappointed. Will avoid this location at all costs and will most likely switch carriers as this has become a very regular occurrence with AT&T.

The service is certainly quick and friendly, but yesterday I was pitched the AT&T Next plan as though it would save me a TON of money over the long haul. It wasnt until I asked enough questions to really understand what was being said that I came to understand that the Next plan is really a total ripoff, in my personal opinion. It wouldnt have saved me any money and I would have ended up paying the full price for a new phone (at a ridiculous rate) in installments. Had I not read up about the Next Plan before going in, I might have been suckered into signing up for it by AT&Ts deliberately deceptive chart, which does not compare apples to apples. I would have appreciated more honesty and integrity from the salesperson rather than someone just trying to squeeze more money out of me, but what can you expect from a corporate giant?

A few days after purchasing a new Samsung phone, I realized that the phone was having problems. I went back into the store to fix it. I was very impressed with the store associates (Jacob) willingness to sit with me for an extended period of time and trouble shoot all available options. He got his managers Frank and Sean involved who were also very helpful and professional. By the end, they had placed calls to the Samsung sales rep, the AT&T district manager, and the Samsung technical office. I ultimately got a new phone on the spot, which was an unlikely but ideal outcome. Im very appreciative of their willingness to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile to help me out. Fantastic customer service!

When i walked in to the evanston store i was greeted promtley and was directed to the right person to get my issue handled. The rep was able to sell me a new modem since my old one was broken and go ahead and call on my behalf to see if i could get anything credited for the inconvinece. He told me how to set everything up for my new modem and even was able to upgrade my speed. I will only go to the evanston att store it seems like i always get the complete solution there.

Ordered a new iPhone 6s 64g since the store was sold out- they assured us it would only be 48hrs deliveried to us- also upgraded our storage since we were going over- went back in and guess what-- they NEVER placed the order. Robert was our sales person and he didnt know what he was doing- manager was quick to have all the answers yet nothing happened- Dont go to that store- they are terrible!!! Just said sorry-- Ill let you know how they do at the Michigan ace store

All I wanted to do was return a case. Im currently waiting 30 minutes and counting! And still waiting! Its 11 am on a Friday. There are two employees just standing around (I guess their job is ONLY to check people in??) One is playing on a display iPad, and the other is playing on his phone. Why cant these employees return an item?! Wow. Do not go here.

I was reluctant to even go to this store when I saw the ratings and I could not have had a better experience. Oscar was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was extremely attentive and my fixed my issue with my voicemail faster than I could have imagined. He was very thorough and helped me get the AT&T Visual Voicemail app as well.

The staff were friendly but werent really knowledgable. The first person to help me had to go ask another employee what to do. That employee then told her to tell me I have to go to an Apple Store to get my phone looked at.

These guys charge too much for their phones. There is an AT&T dealer around the corner (Radioshack), and they sell the same service and phones for $50-$100 less than what these guys want. No mail-in-rebates either. Shame!
