They dont even deserve 1 star. Id give them ZERO stars if possible. WORST PLACE EVER. Delivered our dryer damaged and have had to reschedule 3 times for delivery/install. This has been the WORST experience. We came on Thanksgiving to order our new washer and dryer because it was a great price. We set up the delivery date and thought that everything would be fine. THEN when they came to deliver they said that the hoses they had wouldnt reach (you could connect TWO hoses together to make it long enough) so they left. We THEN had to RESCHEDULE A DELIVERY DATE FOR TWO WEEKS LATER. They said that they would be there at 7:45am. They DID NOT COME UNTIL 8:30. My husband had to leave work to be there for the delivery. The dryer was DAMAGED and the original guy who came to deliver failed to tell us that we needed TWO HOSES. So now we have to reschedule for yet another time. This business seriously sucks. I cannot believe this is how you run a business/treat your customers. We have bent over backwards to get these washers and dryers delivered/installed.This will be the last time that we order from Sears for any appliances and I will tell everyone not to shop here.

Purchased a Samsung washer after the saleswoman verified it would fit with the pedestal we already had. Well, surprise , it DID NOT FIT. Called the store and left message for the store manager, Kevin, to call us. That was three days ago. Havent heard from him. Wrote to corporate, they said to call store manager. And around and around it goes! We are senior citizens and it is very difficult to remove the clothes from the washer because it is so low without the pedestal. I guess they get your money and are done with you.

The store manager has hired some of the good Sears employees from Alsip and Orland Park Stores that were unfortunately closed last year. Sears Price Matching policies and Price Guarantees along with Shop Your Way Rewards makes it even greater way to save at this Sears location.

Beware as eyeballing the accuracy of machining keys or other parts is not a known form of quality control.Tried to have some keys made, they didnt work at all. The staff tried to eyeball the accuracy and replaced one. Of course it didnt work either. This staff was trying to convince us that their eyes can see what no one else can. The staff should buy a car where the parts where all made and checked by eyeballing, see if it works.

I called the Sears home delivery service who directed my call to the new Manager of this location regarding a mixed up delivery from a different location. The Manager investigated the matter and the sale person called me to clarify the situation about the wrong order. He quickly offered to re-work the order and deliver the product next day. The new management is doing a great job.

Tried to use their U-haul rental service. Reserved everything online. In the store they could not access the system despite pulling up my reservation. Then the employees proceeded to complain their computers and Internet havent been working for a month. Complete joke. Left without the rental and went across the street to Home Depot.
