Had three boxes shipped from this UPS store to Brooklyn. UPS screwed up and only delivered two of the three boxes. the last box I was told would be held until that Friday. The UPS store realizing what it happen reached out to me and had been on the phone with UPS customer service to facilitate my getting the package. The store were given misinformation and I was told a package would be held until for another five days upon arriving at the UPS facility to pick up the final package I was told that my package has been returned that afternoon even though the customer service representative and the automated system gave both myself and the lady at the UPS store different information. the young lady at this UPS store however was diligent in ensuring that I received my package. She made numerous phone calls and kept in constant contact with me with updates as to the whereabouts of my package. There was no one at the return address she had the package returned to the store. she was even able to convince UPS to redeliver the package at no additional cost second day air. I love the personalize service at the store provides and the time they take in ensuring that customers are satisfied I will definitely be using them again. I apologize that I dont remember the womans name who helped me but she is a gem.

Dropped off a QVC return for USPS, yes they have USPS pickup there too, however, after several weeks QVC had not received my return and could not track the package with their USPS return label, it had never been scanned by the post office. It seems to me that someone helped themselves to the contents of my package. I will never use this location again!!! I will alert the postal inspector also!!!

Will not use or recommend this location again. Tried to drop off prepaid box. Employee told me to go to the post office as package was large and there was a new driver who would not take it. If I was paying for shipping what would happen then? Employees need to do their jobs or go back where they came from. Really disgusted as I have used this location for years & always had great service.

Been here numerous times. Each time, with the exception of the last time, I have regretted going there. Store workers arent knowledgeable, seemed overwhelmed, or just dont care.

Ups store is right next to Krogers and it doesnt look like the "illustrious" cobble stoned pillars as shown on ups website. The staff was nice and not too bad
