This is the MOST WORST/HORRIBLE Fast Signs location to go to!!! This location is franchise owned and these crooks give Fast Signs a bad image. If you read this review please do not waste your money or your time here! I am extremely unsatisfied of the outcome from these people that manage and work here. I gave them a time frame of 2-3 weeks to get a sign for my business and they delayed it for 1 1/2 month without getting anything done! I ended up canceling my services because of how timing consuming they were taking, as well as not getting anything done! They suggested a yard sign with 2 wooden polls; coming to find out wasnt even permitted by the county which pissed me off because they didnt even find out till a month of delay!!! I made a BIG MISTAKE about going to this location and this was all because I never checked their reviews before going there, as well as paying them the full amount for the services before they even got it done. Now I am going through a process with my credit card company to file a dispute against them because they are not willing to refund me my full amount that I paid them!

Called and spoke with Donna on the phone. Got a quote for perforated vinyl for a window at $20. Got to the store and she hadnt heard me say perforated vinyl. Understandable, so the price was then $60 for 45"x33" perforated, plain white vinyl. Came back to pick up and was told that they didnt have a roll big enough so I would have to use 2 pieces. No biggie, so we went with 45"x16.5" times 2. They started cutting the vinyl and then she asked for $120. I told her it was just 1/2 of that price. The owner then said "well, we have to use twice amount of vinyl because we are cutting it. So its more material for us." I told them that shouldnt matter as I asked for a certain size and thats the quote I got. We agreed to disagree and thats understandable so I told them no thanks and started to leave. Then the owner told Donna, "Thats why you get paid upfront." Im sorry but thats not the way to do business. I wont be back to these guys. Ive had 3 huge signs made by them.

I needed some signs printed at the last minute before flying out of town the next morning for a trade show. I had called a few other local sign shops and was turned down with expensive rush charges and a lack of customer service. I stopped by FastSigns on my way home from work hoping for a miracle. From the time I walked through the door til the time I left I was treated like I was the only customer that mattered. I was able to get the 4 signs and 1 banner stand within 24 hours. I will never go to another sign place as long as FastSigns at Northlake is around. Id recommend them to everyone.

I couldnt believe the lack of integrity that the owner, Dan displayed after re-assuring me that a mis-quote would be honored to find out that my card was charged the full price anyway, as if the conversation never occurred. To make matters worse, it took him several days to return my message to be told even though the work order never started that there would be a $25 CANCELLATION FEE! My disgust with his lack of business integrity prompted me to write this review. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. I will never patronize this business again. By the way, he also operates the store in Canton, GA.

I have used FastSigns in Tucker Ga for over fifteen years. The owner and the entire staff are very professional and caring to get our needed signs done quickly and done right. Its always nice to talk to someone who cares to listen to my needs and then be able to advise me how to go forward. I have always been treated with respect and I have been very pleased with the signs and other products that have been completed and I plan to be doing business with Fastsigns of Tucker for many years to come! I went in person to make sure that the sign I ordered would be what I needed and wanted. I provided them with a logo .png image and asked to have it and an arrow put on a double sided sign. I was told I would have to pay up front without seeing a proof. I paid up and waited. After 6 days and multiple calls I finally got a proof. The proof was wrong on every level, from size to color, and no arrows. The sign was supposed to be finished on day 3. Do not use this company.

Have been going to FastSigns for many years for all kinds of printing needs. EHNW Decals, and Krus Outdoor Remedies uses them in many different ways. We can count on them to do the job right...and if there is a mistake....it is redone with no fuss. They are also very convenient, being right there at LaVista and I-285 but I would go further if need be.
