First, when I arrived all the employees were in the parking lot checking out some stuff that a lady was selling out of the trunk of her car. I dont know how often this happens or whether the employees were still on the clock or not. I had a 1pm appointment and I arrived at about 1:05. The people who greeted me initially seemed nice and polite. There were only two employees in the store as the rest were outside (about 5-6 others in at&t uniform). After waiting about 15 minutes a young man came to assist me. As I begin to explain why I was there, he cut me off and stated that the store was only for mobile customers and that their cable service had to be dealt with over the phone. Now I have been having several issues for the last few months with billing Etc and I have called customer service and each of those times everything was resolved to my satisfaction and the customer service was wonderful. Since I am having technical issues logging into my AT&T account online I really wanted to see someone in person and let them look at what was going on so I can get it dealt with. However, the young man in this store was very rude and very adamant about the fact that he could not help me. He couldnt seem to refer me to anyone that I could talk to about the issue I was having with the AT&T website and my bill. He even stood up and look down at me and said " lady I have been trying to explain for you for 5 minutes that a store for cable service does not exist. You cant make it exist." Rude! After I left the store I called the 1-888 nunber for customer service and was able to get everything resolved. I must say that everyone that I deal with over the phone that represents AT&T has been wonderful but the service I received in the store this day was a very poor representation of AT&T. If its only a mobile store then the sign outside should say AT&T mobile. Furthermore I saw digital equipment on display inside the store. I also noticed there was Zero cultural / racial diversity among the employees in the store and they did seem to be very friendly with one another as though it were a very personal environment. If this is the service that AT&T stores are going to provide they should just forget it and go to online stores and telephone customer service altogether.

Let me start off by saying the only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldnt move on to write the review. About 2 weeks ago I purchased the Apple Tv from this store and dealt with Greg (caucasian male with red hair). He was so focused on "just getting the sale" that he didnt even explain how this device worked. We questioned what all was needed for it to work properly and his exact words were just plug it in and go but it wasnt that simple. Greg failed to tell us that we needed WiFi and an HDMI cord. Now we cant return it because we bought it on a promotional deal. So now were back at square one with no cable and out $105 because of his lies! I advise you to not deal with this store if you do DO NOT do business with Greg!!!

Instead of trying to help me with the issue he kept telling me no he couldnt. How the hell are they training these guys? So am I supposed to just leave with my issue unresolved bc there is no way to fix it. He never even offered an alternative. I hope he is paid as low as his attitude I hate that Im spending money to keep someone like that employed

I had to try to remember my google password just to log in and say how bad the service for this store was. I ended up waiting 45 min and then was told they couldnt resolve my issue of course after they tried to sell me everything in the store but what I came in for. They SUCK. Just got out of contract and changing carriers.

I have been to this store twice in the last 3 months. They are always super nice and take care of me without bumbarding me with sales tactics. Even if they did, I understand they have dales quotas that need to be met. They are very friendly and courteous. If they are busy, they still acknowledge you. I love this store!!

I came in to ask a simple question about the warranty on my phone and the people I approached were extremely condescending. The woman (who wore glasses) didnt even look me in the eye as she was speaking to me. Id rather drive to another location outside my city before I go there for any service.

At this store you dont even see the entrance when you go in. From the parking lot you cant find the entrance easily for the store either. I told one of the associates that it was not easy for a couple of us going over there for the first time.

They dont tell you about the 45 restocking fee even if the phone hasnt been opened at all! Fyi the second you step out of the door that item is subject to a 45 dollar restocking fee if you dont want it anymore
