Just like the other review, I have been forced to visit this store for the past 6 years because it is closest to my house and I am handicapped. The other review summed it up pretty well. Even though I go there daily, and greet all of the employees by name, they still treat me like Ive never been there before. The place is always messy, the ice machine is always broken, and you will ALWAYS wait in a long line because the cashiers really dont care about their job. I have seen employees tell customers to go FK themselves, I have seen employees throw money back at people because they paid in change and were like a dime short. I have seen them flat out lie to customers and say they are out of things (Ice, Soda, Cups) because they just dont want to refill them, when you can clearly see the cups stashed under the soda machine and the ice bin they use to fill the broken machine is right outside. One time, some elderly woman said "The cups are right here Ill fill it for you since you are busy." The cashier actually left and went outside and had a cigarette telling everyone in line they can wait and told the woman that filled the cups for her to get the FK out of the store. Needless to say, everyone in line left It is a sign of the poor management of this place. They have employees that obviously hate their job and usually quit within a month or two (As a daily visitor it is easy to notice the high turnover rate and the always "Hiring Sign") . That is all on management. Also, make sure you check your receipt because because they will have sale signs for sales that ended a month ago and never bothered taking them down (charging you full price). The sad thing is, up until 2 years ago, when the new manager took over, it used to be a fantastic store. The employees would greet the regulars by name, would automatically grab people who smoked brand of cigarettes, and would even chat with the customers no matter how busy they were during the brief moments when a credit card would be waiting for approval etc..... would automatically grab my brand without me needing to ask. Since management was better, the employees had all been there for at least a year or longer and the place actually felt like a mom and pop type store. Now, I, and many other people, feel like they dont want our business, so we go to the BP that is nearby instead. Within a few days, the employees say hi to me by name, and actually now ask me about personal things because they took the time to get to know me. It is more expensive, but I would much rather spend a dollar or two more than ever go back to Circle K.

I would actually rate this store with a half of a star! For almost 4 years my spouse and I have frequented this convenient store almost daily. Every experience is almost stomach turning. The waiting you do in lines is unbearable because theres never 2 cashiers working the 2 cash registers. The bathroom always smells of urine. The soda machine is consistently out of ice and soda. The place is always trashed with lids, wrappers, straws, etc.floors and counters are sticky and messy. Due to is location and decent prices we put ourselves through the miserable experience to get the things we need daily. The cashiers are less than knowledgeable and lack any personality what so ever. They often seemed confused by every transaction, and refuse at all to remember repeat customers! Which is my biggest complaint yet with this place! The only standard and policy they strive for is asking for your ID for cigerettes and alcohol. You could have just been there the previous day, and had a conversation with the cashier and she will still ID you again and again, and if you dont have it they refuse to sell to you, and it will wreck your day every time. Its just ridiculous to think people have forgotten how to work in the retail industry. Remembering your repeat customers used to be a top priority when trying to keep people coming to your business....This store unfortunately would probably be better ran by a bunch of monkeys....so sad...

I dont get it. I was empty on gas and put 12 bucks in the truck and 5 minutes later it was driving bad. Come to find out the gas was bad. Put some cleaner in it hit the local mobile station and am fine now.
