Let me start off by saying that I hate the traditional car buying experience and all the games that come along with it. Off Lease Only is refreshingly, awesomely different. They have a unique, successful business model. Most dealerships only sell a handful of cars at a high profit margin. Off Lease Only moves LOADS of cars at unbelievable prices, Im talking absolute rock bottom. No games, no gimmicks, no fluff, no pressure, no smoke and mirrors. I walked in at around 2:30pm on a Monday and the place was poppin. I couldnt believe how many employees were diligently working. I wanted to see a specific vehicle on their lot (2013 Audi A4). I was immediately introduced to Erik Baum, good vibes right off the bat. Well spoken, confident, genuine. I toured the lot while Erik grabbed the car for me. I was blown away by their inventory, they have virtually every car you could ever want, all in great shape. Erik brought me the car, handed me the key and told me to take as much time as I needed to check the car out. What? I was delighted to discover that he wasnt going to hawk over me the whole time. Solid. I spent about an hour and a half going over the car with a fine toothed comb. I wanted to make sure everything functioned correctly (it did) and I made note of any cosmetic defects (minimal). I let Erik know I was ready to take a test drive. He took my info, told me the route and said hed see me when I got back. I gave him an inquisitive look. You mean to tell me I can take the test drive by myself? Stoked. The car performed perfectly. Thats when Erik handed me over to Rene, the finance guru. This guy is a boss, super proficient. Initially, I braced myself for the inevitable price multiplication, sales tactics, and up selling. I was floored to find out this stuff is non existent at Off Lease Only. No BS fees or anything like that. Tax, tag, and title, thats it. Everything very transparent. Rene expertly executed all of the necessary paperwork in record time. I was impressed to say the least. Dude is a machine. I drove off the lot in my ballin A4 at 6:30pm. The whole process took only 4 hours, and half of that was me spending time with the car. Positive experience start to finish. Would I buy there again? In a heartbeat. Would I recommend them to my family / friends? Absolutely. Erik and Rene if you guys are reading this thanks again, both of you are top shelf. Mr and Mrs Fischer, you guys have built an impressive business to say the least.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Off Lease Only was outstanding from beginning to end. This was in large part due to the incredible customer service provided to my family and I. We had the pleasure of having Darrell Thornton, better known as “DT,” as our sales associate. DT made what is normally a stressful and difficult decision, a fun and exciting process. His charismatic personality and honest demeanor made it feel like a family friend was helping us, versus somebody trying to make a sale. You can tell that Off Lease Only values its customers based off the employees working for it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a phenomenal deal on a used vehicle who wants high-end customer service experience as well. My family and I plan on purchasing all future vehicles from Off Lease Only and will most likely stop by before then to say hi to DT. Don’t waste your time at dealerships that will take you for every penny, with sales associates who only see you as a commission. Give Off Lease Only a shot and ask for DT when you do. I promise it will be the best car buying experience you’ve ever had!

This was the worst experience and unprofessional that i have ever had. I went to this place on friday and had to spend about 20 mins to locate a salesman to help me. I finally met MO and he helped with the test drive and getting the paperwork started. Mo told me i would hear from the finance dept on whether or not i was approved. So i guess since my credit was denied i didnt hear anything from anybody. I had to call the dealership back to see what happened. I guess this dealership doesnt deal with ppl with less than perfect credit even though i make good monthly income. So i called automarket of florida and inquired about their vehicles. They were very professional and within a hour a person from the finance dept called me and i was approved!!!!! I would never recommend anyone to off lease unless they have PERFECT credit smh

When we first got to Off Lease Only my wife and I couldnt believe how many different types of cars were available to look at. Our salesperson DT (Darrell Thornton) was awesome and super laid back with a great personality and professionalism!! He reassured us that he was there to help us make the right decision as to what car we wanted and not just to make a sale. The process was so easy and hassle free compared to a dealership. We bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT and couldnt be happier with our purchase and the everlasting memories of the truly wonderful customer service we were given! We recommend that everyone go here when looking to purchase a pre-owned car cause the process is painless and fun!! We will definitely go back whenever we are looking to trade up in the future!!

Just purchased my first car today with Off Lease Only. A lovely VW Beetle. Our Sales agent Sam Hackett was super helpful and attentive. Really answered any question I had and made sure to walk me through every step. Never felt if I was being pushed or hassled, and he was very honest with everything. Always taking his time to explain everything. The sales manager (Tony Russo) introduced himself to me and was very charming. And our Finance Manager (Guesly Moline) was very helpful and also went through all the steps with me answering any questions. The only thing I was not happy with was the state of the car once given to me. It was not cleaned thoroughly. Besides that, if you, or your son/daughter are purchasing their new car, this is a great place to feel welcome.

Good experience overall. Went to look at one vehicle but was not impressed. Had a chance to see a bigger selection there which helped me find a near perfect choice for me. The inventory is massive and almost every brand is represented. the relaxed process of looking around the lot, examining the car without pressure and then test driving (by yourself) was refreshing. Closing the no haggle deal was easy, and the shear number of sales agents and customers in their bare bones office was amazing. For a car guy like me, this was a lot of fun and the end result couldnt have been better. Thanks Erik for convincing me to come down and look at the inventory and for handling the whole deal smoothly while juggling several other customers!

I visited this dealership recently and was looking around for a car. I am over coming bad credit. Other dealerships ignored me because of my credit but not off lease. I worked with sales man Chuck and I must say he is absolutely amazing! The best customer service I received! He helped me look around at cars and was patient until I figured out which one worked best for me. I didnt buy a car but I will be returning within the next few weeks to make my purchase. Thank You Chuck for being so patient and helpful! If you decide to go to off lease I highly recommend the salesman chuck! Way to go Chuck! Way to go off lease!!
