Very poor experience. Id been waiting on a valuable package from the east coast. The online automated updates were clearly incorrect indicating that my package was in transit when I suspected it should have arrived, I learned it had been sitting at the destination since 3 days ago. When I called, an employee quickly tried to dismiss my claim and tried to transfer me to their tracking call center several times. I was awaiting a valuable item and wanted to ensure this location received it but she kept reiterating this was a FedEx ship and print and that inshoukdngive online. I told her I want to speak with a person and her demeanor and tone grew more and more disrespectful. Heres a news flash, customers pick up on your tone and appreciate your immature antics about as much as they would a blatant insult so save it. I wont be back. If youve ever tried to find this location you are also in for a treat as it faces a trolley track and has no available parking anywhere near the location. Im well aware of the automated system, if it was working I wouldnt waste my time talking with a disrespectful employee.

Went in with a simple request to print 100 resumes on resume paper from a file stored on my flash drive. Employees showed no interest in helping, directing me to computers with a $0.20/minute usage charge, no clear indication of which printer they went to and no instructions on how to print on a particular type of paper -- further asking me to log on and pull up the file before calling them over to assist. I had no interest in paying $0.20/minute while simply waiting for help and not even using the computers and walked out after employees again declined to help. By comparison, at a competing store, my experience was as follows: Walked in, requested 100 resumes on resume paper, handed an employee the flash drive, verified a sample copy that the employee printed was okay, then paid for the next 99 to be printed and walked out. Took all of five minutes. Long story short: this location fails completely at customer service.

I tried calling to get help with directions and both the first phone representative and the manager were rude. The first representative was worse but when people are lost you shouldnt just blow them off and say "Well they arent going to make it in time, bye" and then hang up on your customer. I also asked if they knew of another office that had a later pickup time than 6:00pm and they lied and said no other offices had a later pickup than them and I found one very close by that has a last pickup at 7:45. Lets just say I will never EVER bring my business here.

Went to pick up something that was sent there. Looked like a few people were working in the store but I had to wait for a few minutes until someone helped me. Parking garage is upstairs and apparently you can get validated at this store. When I asked how to get back to the garage using an elevator (I came down from the parking using the stairs but now I had to carry a large box back to my car), I wasnt told that it could have been validated. I suppose I should have asked but it would have been nice if she told me thats possible. So, two stars...

I go to the one on 5th and C St every so often to print out some of my modeling pictures for my portfolio at their self-service kiosk. There were a couple of times that i went in to print and the machine wasnt working correctly, so i asked one of the workers to help and they were nice to me and they also fixed the machine for me. I also had a printing card that got stuck in the machine once, and they replaced it along with my balance...so the staff there are really not all that bad. But hey, we all got our own experience with this store.

Terrible service; i.e, none. Tried to ship an item and although there were at least 5 employees available, the manager insisted I only wait for the single person who handled shipping. There was one shipping customer and no apparent movement by the customer or the serving staff. Also, the staff appeared to be the least experienced person in the bldg. The other employees appeared to be very busy (except for the shipping clerk) although there were no lines of customers.

Printing experience was horrible and expensive . The code never kicked in, had to wait 40minutes and never got it. Printing by a computer is soo expensive , and a minute in a computer is pricy as well. Print 9 pages, including the the cost of the computer by minute and easily youll spend $6-8 . That if you only take 2min opening your email and going through Microsoft word to click print. However,the service I received was very nice.

Be careful about parking. They give you validation for only 15 minutes and then make you stand in line for 25 minutes to get service. And then parking is $6, at least, after you pass the 15 minutes. Also, go to local print shops which are three times LESS EXPENSIVE. The prices at Kinkos are outrageous. Plus I havent found their color print quality to be very good. Something is always fuzzy or discolored.

Bait and switch. Waste of time. Incompetent workers make you fill out wrong forms three times and then wont honor FedEx website prices. $19.87 website, $57 in store price for Intl shipping. Second time to this store, 1st time over priced printing costs from internet. Send your files to Office Depot to print email files.

I never leave reviews, but Ive come here several times now and each has been more disappointing than the last. Theres always some kind of error printing and the staff is utterly useless. Either go somewhere else or buy your own printer. Its worth avoiding the inconvenience.

Took forever to get our packages, to be told that they dont lend their dollies out. Luckily we have our own smaller dollies. Very unhelpful and unsympathetic to their own customer. Fedex on University Ave is much more helpful and friendly.

I went inside to buy an I.D protector and I had to go to the restroom I asked the clerk if they had restroom I got a rude "no" took his time taking care of another customer instead after seeing that I was in a hurry to use the restroom.

Parking is kind of lacking, but overall good service. I came in for some color prints and got them done fast and the price was right. Nothing fancy, but if you need something quick, give them a shot

Ive been here a few times and found the staff knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming on all occasions. Ill definitely use this branch again in future!
