This has been our stop for late night medicine, diapers, etc. We live very close and it is the only store that is open late around here. We have always taken note on the lack of customer service at this store. You can walk past 5 employees while looking for something with no help. This store is also outdated and definately not as nice as the ones in the North Valley. It needs to be remodeled. We also had an incident where a greeted actually grabbed our cart with our 1.5 year old son in it because we refused to show a receipt. This man was over 65" and not the best choice for a greeted if you want your guests to feel secure, not intimidated. We have a right to refuse a receipt check if in a hurry and all the items are begged. The guy had no reasonable cause to be suspicious, especially since we had walked straight over from the check out. I called the store to file a complaint, and it took several calls before I got a hold of a supervisor. He then gave me the run around but did disclose that the greeter had no right to physically stop us from exiting the store. Needless to say, this store is not worth the hassle. Neither are their prices, which has been written in many websites that show grocery price comparisons. As for household items, etc. Its cheaper to shop online. I recommend going down to Frys marketplace. They are close enough, clean, and FRIENDLY.

I went to get my oil changed because global auto was closed and despite the technician telling me," dont go there, those guys are bad," I went anyways since I was overdue for an oil change. After getting it done, I noticed the smell of burnt oil for about 4 days straight while driving to work. I didnt think much of it since I work in an industrial area and thought the fumes were coming from the outside. On the fourth day, my curiosity was peaked, so after I parked my car for work, I popped the hood and noticed that my oil cover wasnt even put back on and there was oil all over my engine and various parts. I was furious to say the least. I checked my oil and was missing about half of it. I didnt have the chance to go back to Wal Mart right away cause of work and school but when I did. They filled it back up and fixed their mistake. Will I ever get my oil change there again? No. Absolutely not. My advice: if you get an oil change here, make sure the top is on and tightened properly. Or, just go to global auto and get it done right by people who care about vehicles.

The employees here are friendly, knowledgeable and actually seem to like their jobs. They were helpful beyond the customary "its on aisle wah...wah...wah". Especially Will, from England, who seemed a tad uncomfortable filling in a for someone in the electronics department, but appeared as a pro, until he told us he was normally on the register we would dde. He went above and beyond for us and genuinely seemed happy to do so. Walmart would do well to get this caliber of employee and pay them well, they do the work of 2 Roberts (from the bell road store), who clearly do not have any desire to be in the customer service industry and dont care who they show that attitude to. This store is 20 miles from my home but its worth the drive. I dont have rude, ignorant and unprofessional standers, I do not consider them associates, sale ress associates, customer service reps, etc. They are not deserving. Basically as far as what Ive witnessed, they stand around and complain about the customers, the management, etc.

Store #5369 I had went in to cash my pay check. I work at a medical marijuana dispensary. And I simply asked my cashier to cash my check - she then asked "KAREN" whether or not they except e.checks. KAREN at the front customer service desk decided to persistently say they do not accept them. While my cashier actually was doing her job and still called a manager to tell me other wise. ----->My point is when you are simply behind the counter it is not your job to tell me simply no. You at least HELP CUSTOMERS. So if there is an issue like I had, the manager should be the one relaying the information not some woman behind the desk that wants to act like she has a say. Know your place. Know when a customer should just speak to a manager. And just do it. I do plan on reporting this further.

I had been looking all afternoon for a specific type of shirt and apparently no other competitor(s) carried it. So finally, I came to this Walmart location and it was about to be 10p.. literally.. And I find the stupid shirt Ive been after so I hurry to go try it on but the fitting rooms just closed and this where I met Mia. Mia stopped and took the time to hear my concerns and questions about how the shirt would fit. Understanding that not all clothes fit and use the same, she let me in a fitting room and told me it was ok and to take my time but I told her Id be quick about it because I didnt want her to get in trouble.I just want to thank Mia for using *Mr.Waltons 10ft rule* and also for being genuine about her customer service please keep up the great service!

Workers followed me around the whole store my entire visit, probably because I fit the stereotypical criminal (tattoos). At one point, an employee of Walmart accused me of attempting to open a package before paying, which of course was untrue. The entire staff there where very rude and unprofessional and made my experience there extremely uncomfortable. It really is a shame what our society has become. Needless to say I wont be visiting this Walmart EVER again. I warn those who have tattoos as well, beware the staff at this Walmart or u may fall victim to the same discrimination and unfair profiling that I received from the employees.

Decent. Typical walmart thats actually open 24/7, unlike buckeyes walmart. Only thing that ruined the experience was the guy at the door stopped us. Why? We had 2 items out of sacks. Okay whatever, thats normal. Whats not normal is he questions us "you ave copter there?" "Ya, its on the receipt." "An...couch...?" "Ya, theyre both on the receipt." So he spends 2 whole minutes trying to find them and cant and even lets another shopper who had nothing bagged in her cart, pass him by. Oh but he stopped us and WE had to do his job for him and find the items. Walmart needs to hire people with eyesight if they want them managing the doors.
