I went in the store looking for a security screw-bit that was supposedley only made in china. Well its actually not made in america but i showed them what kind of screw i needed and they helped me make it. I dont know if any other place would do this but they saved me ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY. I am so grateful for the gentleman, Mike for helping me out. I will only do my hardware shopping there from now on.

This store (Spicewood Spgs) is exactly like the small town hardware store in the town where I grew up. Its like going back in time. They have items I didnt even know were still being made and the people are friendly and unlike Home Depot they actually know what they are talking about when you ask a question. Ive moved to the Lamar area and I still find myself going to this store once in a while.
