Customer service at this location is always hit and miss.. The garden section always is friendly and helpful but our experience with appliances and their door section has been a nightmare! As of now Im waiting on some custom made doors and it took weeks of tracking them down to get the order processed, the total kept changing with each new person to handle the order and now for the delivery estimate they wont return calls! We waited for 30minutes in store to get some feedback and by the time an employee came to help us he couldnt answer questions bc it wasnt his department and he said we will have a call from the right person to help later the same day.. which to no ones surprise we have not received any calls or any communication. We have lives in many places and always used Home Depot but this location is the worst. Hopefully they make some changes soon to protect the care and reliability that homedepot brand used to be related too

As usual I had a great experience. Everyone at Home Depot in Boerne wants to help and most of the time they can. I feel sorry for the unhappy customer who complained on your website that he/she felt he was "being harassed" when "3+ people" asked him if he needed help. How difficult is it to smile and say no thank you? This person needs to ease up a bit. Most people feel that too much attention is better than too little. A far worse experience is spending 20 minutes looking for an assistant in a large department store and then, having found one, discovering they are completely ignorant about the products offered for sale in their store. Now that IS upsetting. So, Home Depot, dont change what youre doing. Every store has some customers that are impossible to please. He is one of them. Im not.

Very disappointed in the customer service. We came to buy tile, were helped by one amazing employee (the only reason this is not one star), but accidentally left our color fan in the store. We called to let them know we were rushing back to pick it up and were told we only had ten minutes before they closed. They did not offer to look for it (in the exact location we knew it was in) or grab it, and basically told us we were out of luck if we didnt get there in time. This is disappointing. The amount of time and money we have spent at this home depot is insurmountable. But no more. We will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Friendliest Home Depot I have ever visited! We had a dog with us. The store greeter had treats for the dog and had a lot of friendly discussion about dogs. Several employees asked if they could assist us. The checkout lady got me a discount and gave me a breakfast bar because I was feeling a bit hungry/dizzy. After I finished checking out she even gave me a hug! Wow! Ive never seen a friendlier Home Depot! Oh, and the store has an amazing plants and outdoor section. Check it out!

First time to ever write a review but really felt compelled to do so considering the outcome to a visit to the Boerne Home Depot yesterday! Very friendly folks from the very beginning walking into the store! I had a situation with a lawn mower that we had purchased there that was giving us problems. Floyd the store manager came over and took care of the problem. What a True Professional! I have and will continue to frequent the store that I feel really has my back! Robert

Poor Customer Service. I ordered two doors and requested they have bronze finish hardware on them. When the installer came to install the doors one of the doors was damaged and the one had gold hinges on it. Ive been working with the service department for over two weeks to get this resolved. Ive had to either go into the store or call them to find out what the status was. There has been no following up on their part. Im still waiting to get this resolved.

We came for four pallets of top soil and mulch . The Nursery center team are awesome!!! The guy with the cowboy hat Jack that assisted us with loading was the greatest ! He greeted everyone and was utilizing him self greatly in every area... cashiers were great!! They were assisting every Customer and lacked employees but were super helping everyone out. They are a great asset to this company. Love this location...From San Antonio

If there is one thing I cant stand, it is being harassed while shopping. Im in HD 2-3x per week and it never fails that I will be asked by 3+ people if I need help. I understand striving for good customer service, but there is a fine line between helpful and annoying. Not to mention, the older lady in the paint section seems to think that she knows more than a general contractor when it comes to construction...

Currently on hold on the phone checking on a dishwasher that I ordered a week ago. I have now been on hold 11 minutes. When I went to store to order it last week, the two clerks complained about customers the entire time I was there. So far I am not impressed by this experience. Now Ive been on hold 12 minutes.

Hit or miss shopping experience. Sometimes staff are in aisles to assist, other times nobody but cashiers in sight. I called to verify if HD had a specific set of key blanks for my trailer before driving to the store and the guy who answers the phone doesnt want to verify them and asks me to drive to the store.

Before the economy collapsed in 07 you couldnt get waited on at the Home Depot in Boerne. After the collapse you couldnt walk 5 ft. w/o their employees walking up to you to offer help. I guess the economy must be good again because we seem to be back to the routine used prior to 07.

Worst customer service Ive ever had waited 45 minutes to get one gallon of paint mixed. The cashier was way rude. The only reason why it is no stars is the gentlman in lumber was very good went out of his way to help us out and to make us happy

Employee was able to help me find the right size disc for my grinder. I was attempting to use some washers as shims but he solved my problem so I purchased only the parts I needed and he saved me money.

Terrible experience with flooring installation. Also ordered a specific door and ended up with the wrong one being installed! This store has great products but anything major you order gets messed up.
