What a wonderful place! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store is always clean. I have been using Reams for many years and I cannot imagine getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. A couple of times, I have had to have some filled at a national chain drugstore because Reams was closed and boy did that make me really appreciate RDS! I love the fact that I can take my young children in with me and show them the hand scooped ice cream and soda fountain! I have had medications compounded and each time they have been ready when I got there to pick them up. I pick up several things each month and each time I go to Reams, I leave happier than when I arrived! There are so few family owned and operated establishments remaining that I hope that after reading this review that you will check them out! The employees go out of their way to help their customers and I wish that were was a way that I could repay them for their kindness and help. As I have read a couple of the reviews that are not 5 stars, I just do not understand. The only thing that I can think of is that maybe the customer is seeking something other than was prescribed. When they receive an order, they fill it as directed. They do so in a timely manner and smile as they work. If I go to pick up my heartburn medications, I shouldnt expect pain pills. Just saying. So, head on over and check them out! If I seem like I am trying to sell you on Reams, I am. I am in no way related to anyone connected with the store. They just put me in a good mood and I have even been in when I had a bad day to receive a little sunshine! Oh, the dollar section is impressive for a store of its size...the alcohol free foaming hand-sanitizer is awesome! I buy at least 5 at a time and put them everywhere! Smells good (like clean laundry) and bc it is alcohol free it doesnt burn and dry out my hands like other brands do. Ill elaborate for Beth Richards who assumes since I left a review for Reams that was one star means Im a pill head. What a great person by the way give it up for Beth everyone. Though Im not a pill head on the count of a random drug test with the military I have to take every month I had problems here. First, I never got a call that my childs two prescriptions (who was running a 102 fever) was filled, I told the lady on the phone when I had to call what time I would be there followed by her saying its available to pick up anytime, and when I got there everyone looked at me like I was stupid while the door was locked. To top it all off she made a big scene telling the complete opposite story the next day. I can say at least the manager was professional and cared.

Received a call when my prescription changed that the size of my compounded capsule would change, and it did. Then when I called in a refill, I received the smaller pill again. After two weeks of nonstop headaches, I called to discuss the problem with the compounder and was essentially told that the pill had never been larger. I have lost all confidence in my ability to get the properly compounded prescription now. The owner called to confirm that the problem is me, not them. I dont recommend trusting your health to this pharmacy.

I have been a proud customer of Reams Pharmacy for years now. The Staff is kind and professional. They always listen and communicate with me about my medication. Im on a fixed income and they have helped me so much to keep my costs low so i can recieve all the medication im prescribed, including my compound pain cream...Thanks Guys, Yall do Great Job!!!
