Went in to Walgreens to inquire about a medicine that I was needing. First a very nice and cordial famarcist lady showed where to locate it. I decided to go back to ask her something else and a male famarcist sitting behind the counter stated that he could help me.. He had a horrible and poor attitude while asking me what a I was needing. Telling me to answer what he was asking me while I was trying to explain him. It looked like he was doing me a favor (his job!) by answering a medical question. Anyways I decided to leave because que made me feel very uncomfortable with his arrogant attitude. I work also in the costumer service field and if I would treat my costumers that way I would not have a job anymore!

I went to Walgreens after Walmart told me they didnt have one of my prescriptions. The staff at this walgreens were very friendly, they helped me out and got me on my way very quickly which was important because I was picking up pain medicine. The overall experience here was fantastic, good service, friendly, helpful people. Plus the text alerts they offer are timely. I signed up for Walmarts before and I literally picked up a prescription, went home, had dinner and then got a text my order was ready to pickup... Really? I already got it hours ago... But at Walgreens it was almost instant which is much more useful.

Walgreens has some fabulous new make-up choices. Recently we were helped by a lady at the make-up counter that treated us like we were at Nieman Marcus. Seriously, Walgreens needs to send her around as a trainer. She knows how to help and treat customers. Most Walgreen employees act like customers are a nuisance, and very unhelpful. You should go to the make-up counter and ask for Gabby. She knows her products!! We spent 60 more than we anticipated!!

I love this store. It always seems to have exactly what I need when I need it at a fair price. The food line is really great too for a quick snack and their photo center is awesome.
