They refused to sell me a phone just because i had an account already with Sprint. Even though the phone could be purchased through the Sprint website at the discounted rate without having to start a new account. Really?!? Ive always had good experiences at this store. Lets hope its just a fluke because it was a Monday. Will buy the phone online and have to wait a couple of more days I guess. The star rating is for my overall experience with the store not just this one visit.
