By far one of the best bike shops around. I have used a number of other shops and always end up driving the extra distance from Jonesborough to have my bike serviced here. Extremely knowledgeable staff are super friendly and seem to truly enjoy talking bikes. I am always strapped for time and like to know that my bike is ready when I get a chance to ride. This bike shop is the best in the Tri-Cities in my opinion. They have well stocked shelves of all you need AND want (parts, clothing, tires, food, .etc.) as well as a great selection of bikes for every level of rider. If you dont see what youre looking for, they can get it really quick and for prices comparable (or even better than) on the Internet sites. Top notch sales and service with a friendly, laid back staff.

My boyfriend and I went in to the store looking to buy me an entry level mountain bike. We were in there for a good 20 minutes and nobody came over and asked if we needed help.....and we were the only people in the store! Very unhelpful! Spare yourself from the assholes and take the trip to Larrys Cycle Shop much friendlier and very informative
