This store sucks. It carries the cheapest versions of every brand. They fire employees that have been there for 10+ years to get a new person that is completly rude and have no skill or previous work in that field. Most of them are not nice. I would never ever come here. The managers and higher ups take advantage of there employees like they are mice to them. They dont treat their employees with respect and they have a racial standard. They move around their workers of different race to try to seem like they arent racest. This place is trash

The customer service in their jewelry department is the worst Ive ever seen. I had a lady tell me she "worked in fine jewelry so she couldnt show my mom a name brand watch". The lady was blatantly rude and asked a lady in the cosmetics department to show us a watch. Id never go back to this store if I could help it.
