Ive been to my share of pharmacies in the past 3 years, and this was THE BEST customer service Ive experienced. Jerry went out of his way to take care of everyone. Ive stood on line at pharmacies for 15 minutes, only for them to tell me they were now closed when I got to the counter. Not here! We were second in line and Jerry greeted us and told us hed be right with us. When it was my turn, my Rx wasnt ready because it was just called in from the urgent care center a block away. He didnt hesitate to just go back and get it for me right then. Jerry - I appreciate you!

I was laughed at and told information was wrong before they even listened to my situation with my insurance cards. When I called back to complain about the manner that their pharmacy staff treats individuals I was told there was no manager and that the cashier didnt know when hed be back.
