Ive taken my vehicles several times now to Medford. I take my Ford and my Volkswagon. I appreciate that Medford now uses Castrol when changing my oil. Too many times in the past Ive taken my car in for an oil change and not been able to get a straight answer on what brand of oil was going into my car. Using Castrol shows me that Medford cares that much more about my vehicles. That in addition to the way Mike communicates with me and the way Chris, Richard and Milton work on my vehicles show me that Medford does care and they have earned my business. Ive seen all the tricks and all the gimmicks from Quick Lubes and garages. The team at Medford has been straight with me from the 1st time Ive brought a vehicle in for service. Medford has earned my trust and my confidence. I will be bringing other family members vehicles to Medford and I will recommend to my friends and neighbors to do the same...

Used them for the first time when I needed a tire fixed after getting a flat when I skidded on the ice. They were extremely helpful, explained everything, showed me where the tire was damaged and sent for another. They mounted the tire after hammering out some damage to the rim. Everything took less time than I had expected. I will be bringing my car here in the future, instead of the dealer.

This was my first time at Medford Auto Care & I couldnt be happier! Mike gave me a set timeline for when my car would be worked on & completed. I was given a detailed list of what needed to be done for my car (it was my 90k tune up & some winter preparation), which he also prioritized with me. He was extremely helpful & Ill definitely be going back when I need quality work done!
