The store is neat and clean. Most of the staff is friendly. There are some areas that could improve with customer service. Of the six or seven employees I have interacted with only one stands out and it is for the condescending way he interacts with customers. On several occasions I have heard him speak down to customers and appear frustrated because they have ask for help. At his age, such behavior is unexpected. If his attitude was better, this would be a 5 star shop. The rest of the staff are friendly and engaging. I have seen them go out of their way to help their customers.

Parts for Radiator replacement, General Obtaining Parts. Oil, Coolant, Hoses. Support by John F, and another Associate (Cannot remember name), very good. Had to have a Few parts transferred in, which were on hand at time promised. Clean Store with good customer service.
