Horrible customer service. I had an order to pick up from the photo department which is really just the front of the store. CVS had called and told me it was ready to be picked up. When I asked about it the girl working asked if I was sure I was at the right CVS. I told her I was and we went back and forth about whether or not I was at the right store and I had actually placed an order for a few minutes. After that, she proclaimed she didnt have the order and needed to call another person up for assistance. I went through the same song and dance with the next person attempting to help me with her asking if I had the right location and doubting that I actually had an order. She finally decided to look up my order and told me someone had signed for it and it SHOULD be there, but they dont have. She wasnt sure where it is and would have to talk to the employee that signed for it. To make it better that employee was a temporary fill in from a different store. I asked if they could call her because it was a time sensitive order (a Christmas gift) and they said they didnt have her number and would have to wait until tonight. They told me to write my name and phone number on a piece of receipt paper and that was the only help they could offer me. They basically doubted I had an order from the beginning of the interaction and then when they realized THEY lost it they didnt apologize or accept any of the responsibility. Terrible, terrible customer service. I will NEVER go back to this CVS again.

There okay I go there time to time very close to me,one day I was picking up my prenatal vitmin there were to ladys there one was very helpful and help me with the medcines I should take but the other lady was very rude even though my vitimins was ready and my name was called she made me wait 10 minnutes and I can hear her saying smart remarks to the other women I just went to finish up shopping ,and tge clerk that checked me and my brother out showed little intrest into my brothers question he had about the cvs rewards which ypu can obviously tell he knew nothing about just gave my brother the run around but other that two situations I havent had an issue with cvs the clerks our helpful,the place is well kept up.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. Went in to drop off a prescription over lunch hour and waited ten minutes while one staff member helped the one person in front of me and the other two ignored me completely. Came back to pick up my prescriptions at 5:00, and they had forgotten to fill one. They said it would be another five minutes, but so far Ive been waiting ten... Ill never come back here again.

The staff at this store is fantastic. I especially want to call out Dan in the pharmacy department. He remembers my name and is super friendly and makes me feel as if Im a special guest. And, I know he is sincere! Im an HR Manager and I think Dan is a true asset to this location. Im leave Minneapolis the end of the month and moving to Las Vegas. Im going to miss this team! Ok, on google it is listing the pharmacy to be open until 10pm. This is not true apparently, as it was only open until 9pm when I went to pick up my Rx. Semi-frustrating, otherwise pharmacy is fine. I got there at 9:03pm 1/13/16 and the pharmacy tech/whoever didnt really feel like helping me out much and just shut the gate/desk as I was walking up, thanks to whoever that guy was...

Typical CVS that is usually well staffed, clean, and stocked. Dan in the pharmacy is awesome. They lose one star for occasionally having their associates wander off from the front register and disappear into the ether for a few minutes when youre wanting to check out. Normally its just fine, though.

The people working at the pharmacy are incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. The pharmacist actually blurted out my medication in front of other people not even using the correct book name. Terrible service from someone who should be a professional.

Horrible and rude staff , I cant imagine how can be rude like that , had a prescription to drop off and they ignore me for 15 minutes ( 2 pharmasisits wasnt busy ) , I asked them maybe I should find another pharmacy , she said ( sounds good ) then I left

Great drugstore and pharmacy location. Theyre open late, which is good when you need to get baby formula, matches, a clipboard and several legal-sized envelopes at 10 on a Monday. The staff is really nice and very patient when dealing with customers.

Very good pharmacy - very good selection of non-RX items, along with the formal pharmacy. Have stopped here several times for personal items, batteries, beverages, and other items. Good parking lot, and easy in and out. Recommended.

Super friendly pharmacists! I think they each know me by name, which either means they go above and beyond in terms of customer service or Im on too many prescription drugs. Great deals and perks shopping there!

Never seems to have a cashier at the checkout. Today I waited literally 5 minutes to have someone come check me out. Not a very good CVS anyways.
