We have been to the store maybe 3 times. From first impression I really liked the personal approach to the merchandise. Ever since our first visit he recognizes us and has a great know how over the products sold. Not very often do you get service like this. On top of that he discounted a lot of what we bought. Who cares about prices when you get customer service like you do at this shop!!!

Ever since jay jay has been working there I make hastings tobacco the only.place I go for anything tobacco jj is a great guy and he works very.hard always makes sure I the customer leaves happy he Cares and makes a.great attempt to learn about the people he interacts with 7 days a week.that man.deserves a raise

Owner (so he said) tried to rip me off. Overcharged me at the counter but got me to believe the total, then when I did the math later and came back cussed me out. Horrible customer service doesnt even come close. The guy is a thief.
