Why you would hire someone like Ann as an assistant manager or for any position is truly unbelievable! If you care about this location I would recommend evaluating her for just 5 minutes and that should be enough for you to see what I mean. I could go on and on and point out all of her flaws from a customers view but you shouldve used some common sense before hiring this type of employee to interact face to face with customers. If you decide to keep her around I would recommend putting her in charge of anyone that might be trying to steal gas. Anyone who sees this knows what I mean. Based on her notepad, she is obviously more concerned about documenting licence plate #s than actually helping customers in front of her.

I experience a very sad situation with REFUSAL OF SERVICE at this SuperAmerica today 1/14/17 at 7pm. I wanted to buy 25 gas cards for my church class each worth $25 and was told by the clerk, she will have to check with her manager called Rafik to see if she can sell me to that amount. After hanging up the call with the manager she told me she cant sell me any of the gas cards at all. I asked her what the allow max they can sell to a customer and she flat out told me her manager asked her not to sell to me. I was so disappointed by their actions which was very disrespectful. Trying to find a tangible reason why they will treat a customer like that. Its a big shame to SA

Needed change to use the air pump outside for my bike tires. Cashier couldnt break a $5 for me. I asked why and he screamed that he couldnt make me any change (even though the counter change machine was full) and I needed to leave.... wont be coming back for any gas in the future.

Closed early after seeing a vehicle pull in. Older lady then ran to the back to hide as if I didnt see her. Bad customer service.

With a "speedy rewards" card you can rack up points for MANY things. My favorite...saving on gas with this hard economy ;-)
