I did not have a pleasant experience dealing with what I believe to be the owner or manager. He acted like he was knowledgeable about the trimmers I was looking at. He stumbled with answers to my questions and even gave me the wrong information. I think he was cocky and he also made me feel like he was doing me a favor selling me a trimmer.
