I agree with most, the inside is fantastic. But small business mom and pop customer service is dead. I called them 10 minutes before close on my way to the store and asked if they had an item I needed and could they hold closing for me because Id be right there. I arrived at 5:26, knocked on the door and they wouldnt let me in. I watched as the manager just counted the register and mouthed to me "sorry". Really? Glad business is so good for them.

Small business just isnt what it used to be. The people in here obviously dont want return customers. The one and only time I went there the staff was too busy talking down to a customer who was a different ethnicity. Only after the customer left were they magically able to help me. When asked if I found everything I was looking for, the only response I could give was, "yep, all by myself." If you need a hardware store just drive past this one.

These people dont know what to do when someone is making return. THey dont give you any receipt back and if you ask for one that has remaining items listed that you paid for then they will start arguing. According to them home depot or lowes never give you any receipt when you make any return. ALL RUDE PEOPLE WORKING UNDER THIS ROOF. They wont care if you come back or not. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR RECIEPT OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

The people working there are always so helpful and friendly and not rude at all. Theyve got a little bit of everything in there. Reminds me of those great old fashioned mom and pop places we used to go in the 60s and 70s before the MEGA MARTs took over and ran most of those places out of buisness. jm

Ive been shopping at this little hardware store for many years. Its amazing how much inventory they can jam in this building! Its more convenient to stop here than head to a "big box" hardware store. Easy to get in & out quickly. Helpful staff, too!

Good mom n pop hardware store. I mostly get my propane refills here and try to stop here before Lowes or Home Depot since its closer and they have lots of common needs.
