I looked, and looked, and looked for frames that I really liked. You wear them everyday, you should LOVE your glasses. Look no more! Excellent service, fantastic selection of rare eyeglass frames. The frames I selected were a little pricey but they knocked about 10% off to ease the pain on my wallet. It took about three weeks for my glasses but thats because they order Zeiss lenses and craft the lens right there at the shop. Odie and Sherry are very knowledgeable and helpful, most of all patient. I took about two hours to select my frames. 90-day satisfaction guaranteed warranty compared to other places 30-day warranty. I will always go here for my glasses.

Very good experience. Knowledgeable, kind, and helpful staff. Unlike the more commonly known eyeglass places, they can do high-end ultra thin Zeiss lenses in transitions. They also take my vision insurance (VSP). I have been to other eyeglass places in the area, but have been happiest with Quality Optical. If you are picky about your lenses, go here.

My high-index glasses didnt come out right at this store. Definitely, they are not able to handle high-index lenses with quality service. Its very hard to find a good optical store in the area. But I am much happier to find a good optical store in Bethesda.
