I visit sallys every few months. They are nice enough, cheap supplies. But the people that work there are new every time I go in and none of them are ever cosmetologists or even particularly knowledge about beauty stuff. Store is clean, employees as helpful as they can be.

Daughter purchased product in carton, when she got home the carton was empty and they refused to refund her money, saying it was not their responsibility. It seems like this happens all the time here
