Normally a mess, however customers rip through here and knock piles over. The sizes in stock tend to be available in Larger sizes, x-small through medium are few and far between. They also deal with a lot of theft... welcome to Baltimore. -_-

I found what I was looking for but... the store was very cluttered and disorganized. There wasnt a large selection. However, the sales people were very helpful and made my exchange process seamless and painless.

I can never find a variety of sizes here, always seem to be sold out of standard M-XL in a lot of styles. Usually clean and organized but occasionally messy. Lines are not too bad.

This is my favorite old navy.the girl alyssa is soooooo friendly.she gives bags of hangers and she gave great suggestions on things. As long as shes working Ill come back lol

Usually a mess. Slowest cashiers I have ever seen. No sense of urgency whatsoever when there is a huge line. This place could use an immediate change of management.
