We were visiting from out of town headed overseas and wanted some fresh thepla. Called Hari Om since they were close to the hotel. Spoke with Pradeepbhai and he said they had frozen thepla. I told him since were going overseas we needed fresh. Pradeepbhai told me that he would call someone and find out if they could get them made in three or four hours. Within a few minutes he called me back and told me unfortunately the lady who was making them was not available today and suggested a different place where I could go to get them. I appreciated him promptly calling me back and advising us correctly versus heating up the frozen packets and wrapping them up for us. Highly recommend for their honesty.
