Very unprofessional discriminate towards immigrants. I was shopping with my husband who happens to be an immigrant he doesn’t have a state I.D. wish we are working on getting. I’m a United States citizen. I’m a college graduate. I pay my taxes and for this store to treat me and my family like we don’t have the right to buy what we want and what we work for this is so unprofessional. It was probably just that employee or the store in general I don’t know who to blame anymore because you should hire people that treat your customer’s right. So this is the what happened, I was in line to pay our merchandise I had some liquor so I know we have to show I.D in order to buy liquor so I did, but then she looks at my husband and says you both have to show me and ID. I was like why if I’m the one who is purchasing the items. She said if you guys are here together I have to ask for both of your IDs. I was like ok so my husband show her his ID but it’s from another country so the only thing she has to see is the age limit and if the ID is up to date, but no she said we don’t accept that type of ID so you can’t by any liquor I was like we are both old enough my husband is 30 and I’m 28yrs old, our children were with us. So I felt so hopeless and I will never go back to that store again. She said it was the new STATE LAW… which I haven’t heard of. I will take this to the news and the newspaper if this isn’t taking care of.

Custimer service is very bad here and sales associates can ever give an accurate price when asked about an item. They go on and invent a price because they are too lazy to look in to it. Example 6pk of 16oz bottles of coca-cola was under an end cap that said $199 and a foot away there was another price that said 2 for $5, once in the register they rung up 3 for $10 so the cashier sent a guy to go verify the price, he come back and says the price is $499 what the hell!!! So I looked at the cashier and all she said was " do u still want em"? And I said to her what is the price though? She stood there staring at me and I simply said forget it and she tossed the cokes to the side.

El servicio es pésimo las cajeras siempre de mal humor y con unas carotas y luego no entiendo para que ponen espesiales si ala hora de pagar no te dejan comprar más de 4 productos.. horrible servicio

Good store and decent prices but there is one worker which I believe is a manager there which I overheard her talking down about Mexicans how they have too many children and they always pay with link card which sounded racist as she just kept on and on even in front of me guess she didnt realize Im Mexican which I wanted to report her but when she said Im the manager and I run this store I just left

Its okay stay away from the older deli man with the glass hes really creepy and a young manager of sorts in the front also with glasses hes very rude I know a lot of people who have been mistreated by him honestly this store has good prices on certain things but other than that I would stay away

Prices are not bad, but my experience of how they treated us cashiers is very unfortunate customer relations, if I could put -5 stars, never in any store had treated me so badly, I doubt we go back and never recommend them to my friends and family buy at that lugar.

This store is has also installed excessive surveillance cameras, which lets us know this is another problematic store. They hire Hispanics and have the workers walk around like theres a contamination in the store wearing health protection on there hands this not normal.

Love this store they have the lowest prices best way I can explain this Sams club and Aldis in on store and no membership fees! Also just found out they have an app and you can load coupons onto your card!

It was great I found what I was looking for. And the best part is I didnt have to bring my own bags because I went to the food4less on 25th in Melrose park where bags are free the way it suppose to be.
