I live across the street and this store is convenient for a few things.....but the service is TERRIBLE....I work at a well know grocery store and when there are more then 2 people in line another line is open...whether it be the front end manager or customer service person they hop on a register and check people out. I went this afternoon around 3:30 to pick up a few items and 4 check out lanes were open with at least 3 customers per line.....mind you service counter was closed but had 2 employees behind it just talking. As I wait in line the employee in the register next to me tells the people in her line she was closing after the next customer!!!.....So much for customer service......your customer service needs a complete over haul....I wont go into my experience from the deli department....employees eating behind the counter!!!!.....I know that is a violation as I am food service certifies......

FRAUD! Be extremely careful while cashier calculates your items, every time I go there, they scan one item SEVERAL TIMES. I am pretty sure this is how they cheat most customers. Everytime I look at the screen and ask them to take away unrelated thing. Yesterday for example the cashier scanned heavy milk 2 times although I had only 1, and it appeared on the screen as GROCERY. She immediately took it away after I mentioned to her. Next thing was chocolates. I had 3, but she scanned it more that 3 times I dont know how. Again, when I mentioned she was like "oh I am sorry...". Last week I realized that I was cheated for $3, when cashier scanned 2 items for 3 TIMES. Since I realized it when I was in the car, I did not bother to go in and quarrel. HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME. I will make a report next time this happens again.

This is my favorite place to grocery shop. Not as large as the large chains, larger than the other ethnic stores in the areas, So I am not wedged in the isles or lost just getting through my shopping. Good prices on basics: Milk, Cheese, Meats, Eggs and Produce. Huge selection of ham at the deli, with friendly staff. Recommend for basics and European specialty foods.

Fantastic produce, bakery and deli. Good assortment of both brand and store label products. Prices arent necessarily the cheapest, but are very fair and competitive. Combined with the convenient location and the friendly staff, this has become my go to grocery store for all but the most extreme of circumstances.

Its hit or miss every time I stop in here. Theres always some rotted out vegetable here and there but some times they have great deals like 10 cent Meyer lemons... Its a great local corner grocer for a few items you need quick and at the last minute, not my #1 go to grocer for fresh vegetables and fruits.

Great produce prices. Nice deli. Great breads! The only thing you have to watch out for is expiration dates. I have seen items on sale that are on the expiration date or after, ranging from cheese to canned soda. Most of the cashiers are nice, but a few are unfriendly.

I love you Shop and Save!! My husband pulled a prank on me and told me you guys were closing and i thought I was going to have a panic attack. Thank you for being half a minute walk away from my door, and having the greatest deals a grocery store could ever have.

The fruits and vegetables are ok, but all other products are not storaged properly and they are always bad ! The temp. of all the refrigerators are lower . When you eat something from all Shop&Saves stores the next day is spent in the restroom

Good assortment of freshly made soups and authentic polish cuisine. You can also find many different foods from around the world in their ethnic aisles. However, prices are too high for every day grocery necessities.

I mostly go here to buy imported Polish food at low prices. I also like their bakery selection. I have also purchased meals from the hot food counter where you can get lunch or dinner at a reasonable price.

Im from Wisconsin and this store is a treat! Its selection of fine Polish goods as well as other European selections is a treasure. Prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend this experience.

I love coming to Shop & Save, if it were a bit closer it would probably be our primary grocer. The place has a very European feel to it, with an excellent fruits & vegetables section.

Shop and Save is a complete grocery store and houses many international products including indian paneer, roti, dals etc. Prices are reasonable and produce seems fresh.

You can always find great prices for chocolate. Some times they have great prices for specific veggies or fruits. The staff and manager are very friendly and helpful.

My favorite place to shop. Has a HUGE selection of international foods. Prices are great except on juices. Their deli is fabulous variety. Almost always shop there.

Not really saving all that much here. Items that are discounted, they make up for it by having other items heavily marked up. Most items have a heavy mark up.
