My husband was out of town on my 30th birthday. He ordered flowers from Petal Peddlers and $70 later, the most pathetic arrangement was delivered...to my neighbors. For $70 and a horrible delivery service, I received 4 stems of lillies- and 2 were dead/dying. I called the florist (while trying not to tell my husband/make him feel badly) and they said they would have a manager call me back. 3 days went by and still no return call, so I try again. This time Im told that he ordered through a service and that they just fulfilled the order and delivered (the actual flowers and delivery were what was so disappointing so...kind of seems like it should be on them). They told me they would have someone call me. 10 days later, here we are with still no call. My husband tried to do something nice and no guy, when going out of there way to be a good guy, should feel badly about the flowers they sent. Flowers are supposed to be special. Skip this place and go somewhere that will treat you as if your gift recipient is special, too!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I spoke with Sue through the whole ordeal and instead of turning the interaction positive with pleasantries and kind assurance, Sue chose to argue and tell me how everything wrong with my experience was my fault. The situation did not make me comfortable with spending my money with a person that would treat their customers with such inconsideration.

My daughter sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I was not home so they left them on the doorstep. The wind blew them over and the water all spilled out and some flowers were damaged. They were not even wrapped in cellophane or paper. I was so disappointed. I tried to phone ethem to express my dissatisfaction at 3:30 p.m. They did not answer the phone.

DELIVERED TWO VASES OF FLOWERS WITH MY NAME ON AND THEN CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE NOT MY FLOWERS AND TOOK THEM BACK BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. IT RUINED THE SURPRISE. I CALLED MY CHILDREN TO THANK THEM BUT THEY TOOK THEM BACK.
