Good selection of products but customer service is piss poor. No one offers assistance...a worker at the counter Eating and the other with an attitude as if shes on prison work detail. I wanted wavy human hair for braiding and the cashier with a ring in her nose like bull said they dont have human hair for braiding. I was in disbelief. All beauty supply stores have human hair for braiding! Either she dont know their business or just plain trifling and lazy. I asked if she know of another supply store, she replied yeah but I dont know if they have it. I didnt ask if she knew if another supply store had it...pay attention. I bought some items and further felt like I was in a ghetto establishment because I had to present my DL n card because even running the transaction. I dont have a problem with added security but the nasty that go with it is not necessary. Needless to say, I will never shop this business again. I proceed down 52 to Larkin and made purchase at h&m beauty supply.

Im addicted to this beauty supply, they have a membership for discounts and such a variety of products to choose from. And the staff is friendly, and helpful. I appreciate them so much I shop here for my beauty care and I live in Chicago!

I was brand new to the wig world, and the help there was very impressive. They didnt try and sell me the high priced wigs buy instead found wigs that had the personality i was looking for. 100% yes i will shop there again.
