As a contractor, we are extremely disappointed with the staff at the Barrington branch. The last several times we have needed specific required components, we were treated by them with NO INTEREST in helping. We had an account years ago and do not use them often, so apparently that maybe an issue. If so they should let it be known. Instead, on the phone we are told that they have a specific part, and to bring the bad one in to match it up. When we drive there (usually 20-30 minutes) the counter people have NO INTEREST in helping us at all. Waste of our time. We will not do that again.

I had to replace several light fixtures-all shapes and sizes. Iddlewood made it easy and affordable. First I went online to their wonderful website and chose fixtures that fit my design plan and budget. Next I visited the Iddlewood store in Barrington and discussed my choices with the knowledgable salespeople. They helped me refine my choices and stayed within my budget! I ordered the fixtures and they delivered them for free. I love all my new light fixtures!!
