Went to this goodwill today to try to drop off a brand new box spring. The man at the donation collection was incredibly rude. Before we could even say hello he was yelling "NO NO NO NO" at us. We asked him if theyre taking donations and he pretty much yelled "WE DONT TAKE MATTRESSES" while he began to walk back inside. My boyfriend had begun undoing the ropes tying the box spring to the truck before he came out so he started tightening them again so we could leave but then the man yelled "If you leave that here Im calling the cops!" And he went inside. Totally unnecessary to treat someone that way who was trying to make a DONATION. I understand they dont take mattresses, thats fine, but he was unbelievably rude. We have a ton of stuff to get rid of and will be giving none of it to Goodwill.

My friend and were both charged incorrectly for items, I was charged for an extra dress and was charged dress price for a pair of paints. My frienf was charged 27.99 for a 1.99 item and the cashier was reluctant to admit she had made a mistake. Accidents happen but this isnt the only circumstances that careless ringing up has cost us extra money. The prices on wares and uppriced clothing are inconsistent and confusing. 60% of the orginal price of items is strange and empty alchohol bottles for 5 dollars is equally perplexing. Forever 21 clothing would sometimes be up priced and sometimes be regular base price. Not the only brand with such inconsistencies but the one I saw the most. None had new tags on, not even the up priced clothing.

Clean, organized and good clothing selection for men and women. The childrens section is usually sparse for clothing, books and toys. We find a lot of household items there like dishes and decor, but furniture goes fast! There is a wide variety of large area rugs and matresses. The staff is generally polite inside the store.

Goodwill is getting a little ridiculous in their pricing. Theyre forgetting they are a thrift store selling used goods, not a retail store. I can get new items cheaper from Walmart, Dollar General, Family Dollar then the used items Goodwill is pedaling. Better to search for smaller thrift stores that offer a real deal.

Pretty run down building, like most Goodwills in down, but the staff here are usually decently friendly. Pricing is way too high for most items, which are mostly DONATED, btw. I question if theyre really even trying to move their product, at the ridiculous prices they set.

Good selection of books. Friendly and competent staff. Complaint, which applies to ALL Tallahassee Goodwill stores, is that media ( CDs, DVDs, cassettes are sealed. They are not returnable. You can open them and. Inspect them before you pay for them.

Just another Goodwill with another odd selection. Although out of all the Goodwills in town, this is one of the only two that has a decent furniture section. They also have the most outdoor stuff for sale (Bikes, golf clubs, strollers, etc)

This Goodwill is in a awesome location in terms of the communities that donate there. A huge selection of clothes for both men, women, and kids as well. The staff are friendly as well as helpful.
