I went to this location with the color code, and card. They mixed the color but it was TOO LIGHT and too pink. They said lets try to make it darker to match (2nd visit). I went home and the color was too dark and brown. I brought in the original container from when I initially bought it, they said that it had the wrong name on it, and that it should be another color. They mixed it and the color didnt even match, the guy said it himself. I ended up leaving and coming back another day. They said it was my fault that i should of brought in the actual color not the card (which doesnt make sense). The card tells you the number and color. They did not want to give me a refund, and if they mixed me another color, which i bet would of been wrong anyways, I would have to pay for it. The original color they mixed based off the name in THEIR STORE didnt even match the color stick. What does that tell you, and they are blaming me for the mistake. Definitely wont be buying here again, not due to the inconvenience but the poor service. They seemed bothered that they mixed it wrong. Go somewhere else, this was a headache.
