When you go to a specialty store your staff should know more about the product than you. I was quite disappointed that I couldnt get the answers to the questions that I wanted and ended up going to Lowes who answered everything. Im sure it will get better over time with a trained staff. I did like all the selections. Also make the small paint samples cheaper like Lowes and Home Depot. $5 was a bit much fyi.

Had no issues at all. I bought a color that I PICKED and it was too dark and they are helping me get the right color. My only wish is they had later hours a few nights a week or at least on weekends!

Dont expect professional environment here. Ive live next to the store, try to get products and have to go to another store every time, waste of time and space! !!!!!
