I ordered through a third party. I paid extra for early delivery but it wasnt communicated between both parties so they claim to have no special instructions. Ok. Was called at 9 am to discuss address and confirm it had to be there before 230pm. Ok. Called around 1pm for an update, couldnt be told anything exact except that it should be there any minute now. Ok. They delivered at 2pm, half an hour before recipient had to leave and they never got it. BC MAYBE IF WE SPOKE AT 9AM THERE SHOULD BE A BIGGER WINDOW THAN HALF AN HOUR BEFORE WHICH IS CUTTING IT TOO CLOSE. Really annoyed. Was really excited as this was a birthday surprise. Really let down. Oh and to top it all off was told that i should contact the third party although this was who was HAND DELIVERING the product. Yup, very frustrated. Wish i wouldve just done it myself but had to work. Fml.

I was very pleased to find after leaving my regular florist disappointed that Market Garden not only had the Stargazer Lillies that I needed, they were 30% less than my usual florist and the arrangement was better than Id ever seen before. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I walked out in 15 minutes and everyone said goodbye when I left. I also noticed that they were all making arrangements as I entered and that they were stocked with fresh flowers. The place smelled amazing. Very clean and organized. I will do all my shopping for flowers here from now on. I suggest more do the same!!

So I came in for the first time this past valentines to get something nice for my girlfriend. Wasnt too excited given the fact that flower shops in Orlando usually suck, but market garden is truly an exception. I didnt wanna leave the place! It feels like a green house!! So many different flowers and plants.. Real, artificial, they have everything! The set up is airy and comfortable. I never knew buying a couple roses could be such a pleasant experience. I will definitely come back to get some things for my home.

Market Garden Floral Co has become my familys favorite floral shop in the Orlando area! The staff is amazing and incredibly talented! They go above and beyond to make sure that you are pleased with your arrangement! We have given floral arrangements as gifts, as a thank you, etc and everyone has been so pleased with their incredible work! You must check them out and let them create you something beautiful! They have yet to disappoint and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!!!

The staff is kind and polite. However, the product/flower arrangement was terrible. My friend in Tampa ordered them for me, to brighten my day, as I am in the hospital. The arrangement to be honest looked as though a grocery store bouquet was stuffed in to a large vase, creating a negative flow. Three of the carnations, had the flower tip hanging on. So as much as Id like to leave an amazing review, Im not able to at this time.

Im huge when it comes to decorating my home with beautiful flowers, and usually relied on my local grocery store to buy them. So i was very much pleased to learn about this new flower shop opening up in my area. I must say they have absolutely the best quality of flowers and costumer service yet! My days of buying flowers at publix are over!!
