After having such a bad experience at another retail store, I realize how much I appreciate great customer service. The people at Express Factory Outlet are super nice and helpful! Especially that guy, I dont know his name, but he was very patient, helpful, and communicative. Maybe Ill catch his name next time, haha. I hope Express treats them very well for the value they bring to the company!
