HI I called all the tJ max stores South of this one and received prompt help on the phone, however when I called this store, I was put on hold for 1 1/2 hours. I did stay on hold because I was also surfing the web at the same time to try and find the item. I am sorry to report this unfortunate phone experience, however I will be thrilled if someone there or at any tj maxx store can find the item I am seeking. It is a blue coffee mug with made in Italy on the bottom and a white hen painted on the side. Thank YOU!

The staff doesnt respect the time of layaway patrons making you calls as many as 5 times for assistance. I remember waiting standing waiting 20minutes for someone after having had a medical procedure done on my left just days before once a manager came she was unapologetic. Home department where the gourmet items are kept was a tragedy everything everywhere.

The manager and employees were incredibly rude to me when I tried to return a pair of shoes that were well within the terms of their policy. I had receipt, price tags, everything! The manager said the shoes were used and refused to do a thing then made fun of me to get a laugh out of her employees. Im never going to this location again.
