I have been to Bird Road Liquors many times no issues; however I gifted myself a bottle of Bushmills 16 for New Years. The seal was broken and leaking, took it back to the store 30 minutes later for an exchange; owner refused. “Much rather lose the business” he stated. I agree. If you go to the store, check your merchandise before you leave the store
