The workers were willing to do all we asked, but they charged for every little service and even extra materials charge, without disclosing that there would be charges for every item they weighed and for a single piece of tape on a box. If they had a policy of informing customers before charging for items, especially since fees arent all posted, the customers could make educated choices and not end up with a large surprise bill at the end!

Been going there since 1995 have been their customer for 3 previous owners. And yes there are times they are very busy. And finding regular employees that will serve the customer is a challenge. However since I go there all the time for boxes and mail and other pickups I would say a 10 year average is outstanding with their attitude and their willingness to recognize a regular customer.

Staff is not very friendly, but they are efficient. Never had any problems with them when shipping or receiving.
