I went into this store almost two weeks ago to mail my boyfriend a nice watch (for our anniversary). He lives in London and I wanted to see the pricing on shipping international. The two young guys (Andrew was one) told me I had two options: UPS for $160 or USPS for $37.00. I needed insurance and they claimed the only thing I could get with USPS was a tracking number. The package is now lost in London and when I called USPS they said I was overcharged by this store almost $20 as my package was only $21.38. I suggest not using these scammers as they overcharge and my package is lost. I am not out almost $400. Next time I will go to real post office or use UPS. Be very weary of this store.

I had a PO Box here for years. the staff is excellent; very polite and professional. all of them are long time employees. The store is immaculate, unlike some of the shady looking po box places! Only reason I left was because I moved too far away. I highly recommend them for your PO Box service!

Staff did not explain their pricing prior to packaging two items, or that they would need to "create a special box" for the size I requested - I was charged $25 JUST for the box, not including any shipping costs.
