I was sexually assaulted in this store by an employee after he sent my husband outside to get information on our car. I immediately left and called corporate and was given the regional manager, James Payne, who laughed at me and refused to give me any information on his "resolution". I filed a police report and the store manager refused him information as well, stating their video surveillance system is broken. I dont even know if the man was fired and I will not be going back there to find out. I am shocked, ashamed, embarrassed and extremely depressed over the way Ive been treated by this store and this company. I will NEVER go here or any Auto Zone again and neither will my friends or family.

MY ratings are on MY experience only. But related to the prior accusations... Extremely Depressed?? Cmon because someone (other than your husband) was very impressed with the way you may have looked, spoke & smiled and expressed it to you? Ashamed? Only thing I might be able to understand is you feeling embarrassed. CAUSE YOUR OWN HUSBAND DOESNT EXPRESS IT TO YOU LIKE THIS GUY DID. Typical American though, looking for someone to sue!!!!

When there is more then one Customer in the store, service at the check out is non existent. I have walked out on a $100 plus shopping run only because the cashier didnt know how to do something asked the manager for help who decided it was more important to help others waiting in line behind me. For a convenience factor it is nice to have around but not the first place I will stop anymore.

Very nice and helpful staff that were very knowledgeable of what I needed and didnt try to sell me on things I didnt need. I appreciated that they helped me put a new battery in my wifes car.

Wasnt the most friendly Autozone Ive been to, but could have just been a bad day. Gathered what I needed with no assistance (although I stared at the brake fluid for minutes) and checked out.
