The employees at this location is extremely rude and makes false claims to not except a return . I was returning a pair of sunglasses in perfect condition. After them questioning and accusing me of damaging the glasses , they claimed that there was a scratch on the lenses. I asked where is the scratch? Employee replied and person with eyes can see it right there! I just took my glasses and left before I lose my cool. So I went to the store at the ellenton outlets and they were really nice and respectful. They checked out the glasses and said it was in great condition with NO scratches on the lenses. Long story short I was able to return my glasses there with no issue . If you are going to shop at Oakley in this area go to the ellenton location. For me, they have lost a customer.
