Incredible Customer Service and NO CHARGE for getting the best result possible!!! Some businesses understand what it means to have happy customers. Went in with broken rims (glass was intact). I was warmly welcomed and asked if the lady at the counter could fix them. She said take a seat and she would do her best! 10-12 minutes later working actively she was able to fix the rim encapsulating my lens. She was concerned about the bow in the eye piece part of the frame BUT cautioned it wasnt likely good as the frame was old and could brake under some minor torsion. Since I only use the glasses at night that was perfectly acceptable. Oh, the best part is "There is no charge!!!" This company gets my vote for excellence. By the way, there was another customer there that had a minor problem who asked to help expedite something. After he left, the other very nice lady IMMEDIATELY made a call to assist in the customers request rather than just saying she would she actually did!

My experience with this branch has been one big headache. I got an exam and ordered glasses which then did not work. They had me get a second exam (which they did not charge for). But those glasses still did not work. Weeks have gone by since my first exam (Feb 8). I asked for a refund, and now, 8 days later, they still have not been able to process my refund because they are "waiting for vouchers" to fill out. Seems like a very unprofessional operation, I would never recommend to my friends.

Excellent Service. My wife and I were there for an exam and new glasses. Dr. Danh and all the office staff are super helpful and courteous. Wish all companies/organizations would provide such quality of service. Five stars for this optical.
